About Us
Founded in January 2022, our company was created to meet the growing need for specialized Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) Infection Control Cleaning Services and comprehensive operational support tailored specifically to ASC environments.
Our founder brings over 16 years of hands-on experience in Ambulatory Surgery Centers, having worked in the ASC setting since January 2010. This extensive background includes expertise in insurance verifications, insurance contracting, and insurance negotiations, along with deep operational knowledge of ASC workflows and compliance requirements. With participation in approximately four Medicare surveys, our leadership has directly assisted in preparing facilities with proper policies, procedures, and documentation to remain survey-ready at all times.
We pride ourselves on strong, long-standing interpersonal relationships with physicians, nurses, surgical technologists, ASC administrators, and referring clinic management and staff. These relationships allow us to deliver services that integrate seamlessly with ASC operations while supporting patient safety, regulatory compliance, and financial efficiency.
Environmental Services & Infection Control
Our Environmental Services team consists of specially trained technicians experienced in cleaning surgical facilities to the highest standards. All technicians are trained to meet OSHA guidelines and ASC Infection Control regulations, while maintaining a sterile and safe environment. We utilize EPA-registered, hospital-grade disinfectants and approved cleaning supplies that are compliant with ASC and infection prevention requirements.
Insurance Verification & Patient Financial Services
Our dedicated Insurance Verification Specialist is highly experienced in verifying insurance coverage for the provider, facility, and any applicable gap coverage. She is also skilled in accurately calculating patient financial responsibilityusing annual fee schedules, insurance contracts, and verified benefits.
As a bilingual professional (English/Spanish), she is able to contact patients directly to clearly explain their insurance coverage and financial responsibility prior to their appointment, improving transparency, patient satisfaction, and collection outcomes.
Insurance Contracting & Negotiation
Our Contracts Department maintains strong relationships with insurance carriers and contracting representatives. We specialize in securing contracts that include strategic carve-outs and negotiating rates that align with both the business goals of the ASC and the services provided.
Survey Readiness & Policy Consulting
Our Survey and Policy Implementation Consultant has participated in and assisted with multiple Medicare surveys. This role includes maintaining and organizing files for providers, staff credentials, and facility policies, ensuring ongoing compliance and readiness for state and federal surveys.
